Do you ever see results from a big study or survey and think, ‘Wow. How did they possibly figure that out. They must be geniuseses!’ Well, this isn’t one of those times. A sleep researcher, who has her Ph.D by the way, spent time surveying hundreds of people to learn that people sleep better after they’ve had sex. I could have saved her a few years of University and told her that one… and I learned it at College 😛
The study went on to suggest that you ditch the phone or tablet in bed, and instead replace the screen time with some ‘play time.’
