Summer is the best and my absolute favourite time of year, BUT, even I have to say that as it ends, this is the best time of year for sleeping. The cool nights make it easier to sleep and a new study confirms that. After surveying thousands in the UK, ‘eve Sleep’ found that one of the most common complaints from those who were not sleeping well was that their room was too hot. It’s hard to sleep in a hot room, not just because it’s simply uncomfortable, but because it has an effect on your breathing. So they set out to figure out what the perfect temperature is for sleeping and discovered that it sits right around 16 degrees Celsius (60 degrees Fahrenheit). A cool breeze, or fan, blowing across the bed while wrapped in warm blankets is perfect for me. How about you?
