What makes the perfect caesar? Ooooh that is a tough one. So many choices, so many great caesars!! My recipe is the pretty standard recipe, but I like it a little spicey and I love to add a little something on tyhe side (spicey bean, a bunch of olives, a pepperatte). Whether your secret ingredient is all garnish or you’re one of those weirdos who likes horseradish in yours, the great thing about caesars is that I will drink it. Ha! Here are some great recipes from The FoodNetwork, Macleans and The LCBO. What’s in yours?
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 oz Clamato juice
1 – 3 dashes hot sauce
1 oz vodka
salt and pepper
celery, pickles, olives, bacon or a slider (optional garnishes)
Celery salt to taste

3 dash hot sauce
