Former Poison frontman Bret Michaels is hoping two bandits make the right call and return his phones.
The power-ballad purveyor appealed to two men caught on surveillance footage after allegedly pilfering electronics from his dressing room at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom — giving them a little under a day to return the “mistakenly removed” goods.
“We are looking to recover the items including cell phones and other personal effects with no questions asked if the items are returned to Fred Shaake at The Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom within the next 24 hours,” Michaels’ team posted on Facebook Friday night, along with a grainy surveillance shot.
A second, slightly more stern post Saturday afternoon advised that the devices were “locked and blacklisted making future use impossible.”
“Guys, we have been extremely lenient and we are giving you one more chance to return the items taken from our dressing room,” the post read, providing contact information for a Hampton Beach police officer.
“We will not negotiate and after 6pm today this will become a criminal case and you will be prosecuted for both criminal trespassing and felony theft of property.”
It’s unclear whether the items were returned, or if Michaels filed a police report. The rocker’s team is working directly with police, a Casino Ballroom rep told the Daily News.
