It’s not that hard to get a drink in this country (although most places still make you wait until 11am! What’s up with that?!), but it looks like Montreal makes it easier than most. Canada’s national statistics agency even put a map together (road trip?) to show you what areas have the most bars per capita. According to the map, it’s easier to get a drink in Brantford than in Kitchener-Waterloo or Cambridge (or Toronto even) and St John’s and Montreal are two of the major cities with most bars per capita.
